uVision crashes when going into Debugger settings (Coding: Simple Startup Project With Startup File)

I am using a Nucleo F446RE board. When I attempt to configure the debugger (I have installed the drivers from here: https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stsw-link009.html#overview). When I create a project and go to the debugger settings, uVision 6 simply crashes.

Any tips on how to debug/resolve? Thank you.
